Pennys challenge- add a sentiment

Hi there its time for another challenge over at Pennys paper crafty challenge. Its a good one this week.. Add a sentiment so no excuses for not joining in!!

I have used an image from Fred She Said called Catchin Flakes


Recipe:
Card blank- paper mania
Centura pearl cardstock
Sizzix dots embossing folder
Snowflake charm- the ribbon girl
Peel offs from stash
Liquid pearls in platinum
