Oops more gingham

Morning all,

More gingham again today

Didn't get chance to play with my new goodies, instead I made another baby card with yes more gingham but a boy one this time.

By hyper today as its my leaving meal at work tonight so time to say bye to all my fellow school nurses :(

Hi,

I'm obsessed with gingham at the min, I am in the middle of making some more handbag cards all with gingham hehe.

Today I am excited as I should be receiving a parcel from the ribbon girl yayyy.

Oh and I have 1 week left at work whoop.

Down comes the rain

Oh dear it sure is raining up in the Lincolnshire area this morning. It is here to destroy my plans for the bank holiday weekend!! :(

Tomorrows plans are: working in the morning, friends for a house party in the evening was with BBQ but maybe not now :(
Sunday: stay with my friend on hockey tour in brigg. So it's going to be a bit soggy there
Monday is not ruined but still be nice for some sun.

Hi all, I am back with a card today yay! It's been a while as I've been so busy with craft fairs and work oh and decorating disasters. So blogging has been on the back burner.

Anyways today I am sharing a card I made with a digi stamp. This is the first time I've used a digi, I have a fair few but have been reluctant due to fear of quality. Now I am pleased to say I love e quality. I had to be careful not to smudge when colouring but that is all.

I was looking for a sentiment to go but couldn't find anything so left it blank for when I decide one day..

All new handbag card

Hi everyone,

Hi everyone, it's been rather busy for little me this weekend/week so sorry for the lack of posting.

Long day

It's the end of a very long day/ weekend..

So yesterday I was meant to have the craft room finished but a mishap whilst having the carpet fitted ended up with a waterfall in the lounge through the light :/ so my prep for today's fair was abruptly scrapped..

Anyway I did alright today despite the customers coming in dribs and drabs..

I made a profit which is good, networked with some lovely people who have helped advertise my cards and have started my Facebook page Katie's Crafts on fb

Father's Day

Hi everybody!

After a hectic weekend of DIY last night I finally got round to making a few cards.. I am now officially stressing for Sundays craft fair arghhhh :/

Ok so I made some Father's Day cards

Here's the first one

Here I have used a LOTV image from the sketch pad and coloured using pro markers. E papers are from Wellington bear.

I have managed to sneak one more post in before the decorating mainly due to the other half still being in bed!!!

Ok so another card here:

This card was made using a party paws large card (panda) I used the layers to create a decoupage. I added this card to another and added a green punched section using Martha Stewart fans flourish deep edge punch and embossed swirls. I decorated using bits and bobs from my stash.

Sunny Sunday

Hi everyone,

It's a beautiful sunny Sunday here up in the norm of the uk today. My weekend plans to craft for next weekends craft fair have gone out the window as we have decided to decorate the box bedroom.

Good job it's bank holiday!!!

Anyway I have a card to show you all..

I love this vintage style card. Here I used nesting dies to cut aperture and make lace inside the oval.
Umbrella die and sentiment die. The heart is a die and stamp set. Some lace for ribbon. Bow and flowers were punched. Big flower was scrunched and assembled using a brad.
